Option 03 · Get team lessons

I teach your team, and nobody else is in the room.

The same six skills and the same curriculum, built on the work your team really does and the tools you already run. Everyone builds their own thing, so you finish with several running instead of one demo the room watched. Take the four weeks if the calendar allows it, and one sitting if it does not.

Four weeks · your team

Private Cohort

$7,500
Up to 15 people · $5,900 for the first one booked

For a company that wants the team still doing this in month three.

  • Ninety minutes taught plus a sixty minute lab, once a week, for four weeks, your team only, built on your workflows and your tools
  • All six skills, with a week of practice between each. The week in between is where a skill gets learned rather than watched.
  • Everyone builds their own thing, so you finish the month with several running instead of one demo everybody watched
  • Recordings, every working file, and a prioritized list of what to build next
  • Thirty days of follow-up questions by email
  • Half the fee credits against an install booked within 90 days

Private Workshop

$3,500
Up to 10 people · $2,500 for the first two booked

For a company that wants the team started this month, not next.

  • Built around your business, your tools, and the work your people actually do
  • All six skills, compressed, and everyone leaves with something of their own running plus enough to build the next one without us
  • Recording and every working file from the session
  • Two weeks of follow-up questions by email
  • Half the fee credits against an install booked within 90 days

Private Intensive

$8,500
Up to 15 people · On site within reach of New York, plus travel

For a bigger team that needs all of it in one day.

  • All six skills plus the roadmap, in a single day, with room to go deeper on each than the half day allows
  • A prioritized roadmap of what to automate next, in what order, and what each one is worth
  • Role-split afternoon tracks, so ops and sales each learn against their own work instead of sitting through each other's
  • Thirty days of follow-up questions by email
  • Half the fee credits against an install booked within 90 days

Credit

If the learning turns into a build, the learning pays for part of it.

Half of any private training fee credits against an install booked within 90 days. The amount and its expiry date are written on your invoice, not tracked in an email thread.

What happens after you send the request

Step 1

You get a reply

From me, not a sales team, usually the same day. It says which of the three formats actually fits what you described.

Step 2

You pick a date

You take one of the dates in the reply, or you name the week that works and we hold it.

Step 3

You pay online

A 50% deposit holds the date, paid online rather than chased by invoice. The balance falls due the week of the session.

Step 4

Thirty minutes of scoping

Not a sales call. A day built on the wrong workflows is a wasted day for ten people at once, so this call is what stops that.

Step 5

We build the material

The exercises get rebuilt around your workflows. That is what makes it private rather than a public class with fewer people.

Questions people actually ask

Four weeks or one sitting?

Take the four weeks unless the calendar genuinely stops you. A team too large to hold the same weekly slot, a seasonal window, or a group travelling in anyway are all real reasons. Wanting to be done sooner is not.

Is the private version the same content as the open one?

Same spine, different examples. The private one is built on your workflows, so the exercises are your actual work instead of a made-up case.

Do our people need to be technical?

No. Nobody writes code. If they can describe how they do their job, they can do this.

What if we are over the headcount cap?

Say so in the request. Past 15 the room stops being a workshop and starts being a talk, so the answer is usually two sessions rather than one bigger one.

What if we want it in our industry's language?

That is the default. Builders, insurance, legal, professional services. The material adapts to the vertical you are in.

Can you just build it for us instead?

Yes, and it is a separate thing rather than a replacement. Training handles the next forty workflows nobody will pay us to build. A build handles the one that is too load bearing to learn on.

Tell me about your team

Six short fields, about a minute. In the last one, write private training and I will come back with which of the three formats fits.
