Questions people actually ask

Is this a piece of software I have to learn?

You talk to it. That is the whole interface. The structure underneath is what makes the answers consistent and the files findable, and you get the benefit of it without administering it. If you would rather understand what is happening under there, that is exactly what the teaching options are for.

Do I need it if I already have Claude?

You still need the model, and this is not a replacement for it. It is the structure around it: one memory across everything, your company knowledge in one place, and your finished work somewhere you can find it in six months.

What happens to my files?

They are your files. They sit on your own machine in plain folders you can open, read and keep, whether or not you ever pay us for anything.
