Intake · One form, four asks

Tell me which one, and I will reply.

One form for everything on this site. No card, no sales team, no qualification call. The last field is the one that matters: write the words below that match what you are asking about, and the reply answers that question rather than a general one.

membership

A membership seat

$149 /month, or $1,490 a year

Two live group sessions a month and the members-only Drafting Room. You can start this one yourself, no form needed. Use this form for the $595 team plan, up to five people on one invoice.

cohort seat

A seat in the next cohort

$1,450 /seat, $1,195 for the first

Four weeks, ninety minutes live a week plus an open lab hour. All six skills against a real workflow of your own. Twelve to eighteen seats, and I reply with the next start date.

open workshop

An open workshop seat

$495 /seat, $395 at three or more

Three hours live in a small group with other companies. The first three of the six skills, and you build one working thing during the session.

private training

Training for your team

$3,500 to $8,500, one time

A private cohort over four weeks, a half day workshop, or a full day intensive. Your people only, built on your workflows. Half the fee credits against an install.

What happens after you send this

Step 1

You get a reply

An email confirming I have it, usually the same day, aimed at whichever of the four you named.

Step 2

I read it myself

No sales team and no qualification call. If something is unclear I will just ask you in the reply.

Step 3

Date, seat, or invite

A cohort start date and seat count, a workshop date, or a scoping call for private training.

Who this is for

Being specific so you can rule yourself out in ten seconds rather than after a call.

  • Companies at 5 to 50 people, and up to 200 for the reading. Advice that works at 8 people breaks at 80, so the material is aimed at that band on purpose.
  • Owners and the operators who report to them. At $149 a month and $1,450 a seat the person asking is frequently an ops or marketing lead, not the founder, and that is the intended reader.
  • People who want to be able to do this themselves. If you would rather have it built for you and run for you, say so and I will point you at the install ladder instead.
  • People who will show up. The recordings exist, but the room is the point in every one of these formats.
  • Not agencies reselling this. The working files are yours to use in your own company, not to repackage.

The training does not take a card here.

Every training format is request and confirm. A cohort has a start date and a seat count I have to control, and private training needs a scoping conversation before anyone commits a day. The membership is the exception: you can start it yourself from the membership page without sending this form at all.

Still deciding which one? The overview page lays the four out side by side, and the newsletter stays free either way.
